How to apply my coupon?
You may enter your coupon code after you fill in the shipping address when you check out.
The discount will be applied before payment processed.
Only one coupon can be used in each checkout.
Discount value cannot be larger than order value, i.e. if you apply a $30 voucher on an $10 order, you will only get $10 off.
Why didn't I get my coupon after signing up to newsletter?
To avoid spamming, an email has been sent to verify your account. Please verify your account to confirm subscription.
How to get free shipping?
You may enjoy free shipment if the total amount of an order is over $100 for Australian delivery, or over $200 for international delivery (calculated after discounts, if applicable).
Does my Pica LéLa jewellery have a warranty?
To enjoy warranty, please register as Pica LéLa member.
Pica LéLa will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 5 years from the original date of purchase for necklaces and earrings and 1 year from the original date of purchase for bracelets, rings and other accessories. Please retain your receipt as the proof of warranty.
Please Contact Pica LéLa about any quality issue and we politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to us for assessment and product quality improvement.
How long is the necklace?

How to measure my ring size?
Pica LéLa measure the size of all our rings with an industry sandard jeweller's mandrel.
The charts below convert the actual ring size (Size mm) into some of the popular internationally
recognized sizes.
What if I change my mind?
As a goodwill gesture, we have a 14 day exchange policy for unused and undamaged jewellery if you change your mind.
You need to return the jewellery for exchange/refund.
